RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund or exchange it for another item, size, or color. In the case of defective product returns, Pepa Comanechi will cover the shipping costs, provided that the buyer informs us of this circumstance at the time of receiving the order. The item will then be sent in perfect condition, but it will always be the same model, size, or color as the initial order.
WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM PERIOD FOR RETURNS AND EXCHANGES?
You have 15 calendar days from the date you received your package to request an exchange or return.
WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS FOR RETURNS AND EXCHANGES?
- The request must be made within 15 calendar days from the date of receipt.
- The product must have its original labeling, packaging (if applicable), and be in the same condition as when shipped.
- Items must be returned new, unused, and with the original tags attached.
HOW CAN I MAKE A RETURN?
Returns can be made via post office (recommended option) or courier service.
Customers must send the merchandise, including their personal details (Name, Address, Phone Number, and Order Number) to the following address:

After receiving and verifying the item, you will receive the refund using the same payment method you used for your purchase within a maximum estimated period of 15 days from the confirmation of the return acceptance, depending on your bank.
Shipping costs will not be refunded, as they will be borne by the customer.
WHICH ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED?
Items that do not have tags, have been used, stained, or are in poor condition will not be accepted for returns or exchanges.
WHEN AND HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for your purchase.
You will receive a refund confirmation email once the package has arrived at our address. From the day your package is collected, it may take up to 10 days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
If more than 10 days have passed and you have not received the refund, please contact us at pepacomanechi@gmail.com.
The refunded amount will only cover the returned item(s). Shipping costs will not be refunded, except in cases where the return is due to receiving an incorrect or defective item.
WHAT IF I RECEIVED AN INCORRECT OR DEFECTIVE ITEM?
At Pepa Comanechi, we strive to check every order and item before shipping. However, if you have exceptionally received an incorrect or defective item, please notify us via email at pepacomanechi@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the package, attaching an image of the defect or damage.
We will send the correct item as soon as possible and arrange for the incorrect item to be collected. In this case, we will cover both the shipping and return costs.
NOTE: Customers requesting a return due to a defective product assume responsibility for their claim, as well as any legal consequences that may arise from fraudulent behavior.
