Exchange and Return Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund or exchange it for another item, size or color. If defective products are returned, Pepa Comanechi will be responsible for the shipping costs, provided that the buyer communicates this circumstance at the time of receipt of the order. The item will then be sent in perfect condition, but it will always be the same model, size or color as your initial order.

WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM PERIOD FOR EXCHANGES AND RETURNS?

You have 21 calendar days from the date you received your package to make any change or return to your order.

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS FOR EXCHANGES AND RETURNS?

Do not exceed the maximum period of 21 calendar days from the date of receipt.

The product must be with its original labeling and be in the same shipping conditions. Items must be returned new, unused and with origin tags attached.

HOW CAN I MAKE A RETURN?

Return at a post office (recommended option) or by courier.

Customers must send the merchandise indicating their personal information (Name, Address, Telephone and Order Number) to this address:

After receiving and checking the item, you will receive the refund amount (in 24/48 hours maximum) through BIZUM, indicating the telephone number for this or, if you wish, through the same payment method used in your purchase within a maximum time. Estimated 15 days from confirmation of acceptance of the return, depending on your bank.

The amount of shipping costs will not be refunded, since these will be borne by the customer (As long as it is not due to a defective product, in which case the shipping amount will also be paid in the same return).

WHAT ITEMS DO NOT ALLOW EXCHANGES AND RETURNS?

Exchanges or returns of garments or items without tags, used, stained or in poor condition are not allowed.

SALE AND/OR OUTLET ITEMS ARE NON-RETURNABLE.

WHEN AND HOW WILL I RECEIVE THE AMOUNT OF MY RETURN?

You will receive the refund amount (within 24/48 hours maximum) through BIZUM, indicating the telephone number for this if you have received the item and have decided to return it or if you wish to do so using the same payment method used in your purchase.

For orders canceled before receiving the items, the refund will always be made through the same payment method.

If the refund is made using the same payment method, you will receive confirmation by email once the package has arrived at our address. From the day your package is picked up until the refund is reflected in your account, it can take up to 10 days.

The amount to be refunded will be that of the item(s) being returned. Shipping costs will not be refunded unless the return is due to having received an incorrect or defective item.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I HAVE RECEIVED AN INCORRECT OR DEFECTIVE ITEM?

At Pepa Comanechi we strive to review each order and each item sent, if exceptionally you have received an item different from the one purchased or the item is defective, we ask that you please notify us by email at pepacomanechi@gmail.com so that it remains written proof within 48 hours of receiving the package, attaching an image of the defect or damage.

We will ship the correct item as soon as possible and will arrange to collect the item sent in error. In this case, we will assume the costs of both shipping and return.

NOTE: The customer who manages a return for a defective product assumes responsibility, as well as all legal consequences that may arise from bad faith conduct that constitutes fraud.
