Shipping options may vary based on delivery address, time of your purchase, and item availability.

Home deliveries SPAIN and PORTUGAL :

  • Spain - Peninsula and Balearic Islands

- Shipments will arrive to you between 2 and 5 business days from the order confirmation. If the order is placed after hours or during weekends or holidays, we will prepare it the next business day.

- Shipping is FREE for orders over €39.90 .
 - For orders less than €39.90 the costs are €4.99 .

* If you are not at the address indicated when your order arrives, the courier company will contact you at the telephone number you have indicated to try to make the delivery.

If you do not obtain it, the courier company will proceed: (a) or to deposit it in the office closest to your home; or (b) to return the package to our warehouse. In the latter case, once we receive the merchandise, we will proceed to refund the amount of the order, although the amount equivalent to the cost of the return will be deducted.

  • Spain - Canary Islands
- At the moment, we do not ship to the Canary Islands .
  • Portugal - Peninsula

* The exchange rate will be applied according to your payment entity selected at the time of purchase under the international purchasing conditions that you have contracted with your entity.

Home deliveries to other EUROPEAN countries:

- We can make shipments to other European countries. These shipments will have an additional cost depending on the size of the package and the destination country.
If you want to make a purchase with shipping to another country not included in our payment screen, you can contact us by sending us an email to: pepacomanechi@gmail.com where we will inform you of the additional cost and estimated shipping delivery time according to the products chosen and the destination address. If shipping costs are accepted, payment must be made via bizum or bank transfer, then proceeding to shipping.

**During the Christmas period, sales and promotions (Black Friday) the delivery time may be longer than usual.
